I, the undersigned participant in the Sanity Saving Self-Care Retreat organized by Victory Unlimited LLC, hereby grant Victory Unlimited LLC and its representatives the right and permission to use, reproduce, distribute, and display any photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or any other media in which I may appear, for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to promotional materials, social media, websites, and other marketing or informational platforms.

I understand that this media may be used without any further compensation to me and that I will not have any rights to inspect or approve the use of such media.

I release Victory Unlimited LLC, its owners, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have now or in the future arising out of or relating to the use of the above-mentioned media, including but not limited to claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights.

I am of legal age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read and understood this Media Release and Waiver, and I am voluntarily signing it without any duress or undue influence.
